Tulivu has always been in our hearts, even though opening a boutique hotel wasn’t something we initially envisioned.

Our passion for hosting family and friends, creating unforgettable experiences, and sharing fine dining brought us so much joy over the years. Eventually, we realized this warmth and hospitality could be shared with others. That’s when the idea for Tulivu Kilimanjaro Retreat and Campsite was born.

Materuni waterfalls

Chemka/ Kikuletwa

Chemka, also known as Kikuletwa Hot Springs, is a hidden oasis located near the town of Boma in Tanzania, about 40 kilometers from Moshi. Despite its name, the water at Chemka isn't hot but rather pleasantly warm, crystal-clear, and a brilliant shade of turquoise. Surrounded by fig trees and other lush vegetation, this natural spring offers a tranquil and refreshing swimming experience. The spring is fed by underground streams and is a popular spot for both locals and tourists to relax and enjoy the peaceful environment.
